How do I withdraw my unused wallet balance?

The money in your wallet belongs to you. If you do not use it, you can take it back. This page shows you how.

Your balance is yours

Unused wallet balance is always yours. There is no need to spend it. You can transfer it back at any time.

We will never take your wallet money as a penalty. This is true even if something goes wrong with your account.

How to withdraw

1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Open your wallet.
3. Choose to withdraw your balance.
4. Enter your own UPI ID.

Use a UPI ID in your own name. Please check it twice before you confirm, so the money goes to the right place.

Callers and hosts both use the same idea. Hosts can also withdraw their earnings to their own UPI ID.

When to withdraw

You can withdraw at any time. These are common times:

• When you stop using the service. Take your balance out so nothing is left behind.
• Before you delete your account. Always withdraw first. Then follow the steps in delete your account.
• After a ban. If your account is banned, you cannot make calls. But you can still sign in to the dashboard and withdraw your wallet balance to UPI.

Meera adds ₹200 to her wallet and talks for ₹60. Then she decides to stop. She goes to her dashboard and withdraws the remaining balance to her own UPI ID. Her money comes back to her.

Things to remember

• Withdraw only to your own UPI ID.
• Wallet money is never taken as a penalty.
• Your wallet history shows every top-up and charge, with the date, duration and amount.

Stay safe

We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, password or bank details. If someone says they will “help you withdraw” and asks for these, it is a scam. Do not share them. You can report it.
