How do favourites and calling again work?

Many callers find one host they like and talk to them again and again. We call this a regular “dost”. Favourites make it easy.

Build a regular dost

A good talk feels easy. You do not have to explain your story again. With a regular dost, you can say, “Hi, today was tough,” and carry on.

Some callers talk once a week. Some call before every exam. Some call after a long day.

Save a favourite

1. After a call you liked, open the host’s profile.
2. Tap the heart.
3. The host is now in your favourites on the website.

Your wallet, favourites and call history are all on the website. You do not need an app.

Notify me

Favourite hosts are not always online. A host can go online or offline any time.

If your favourite is offline:

1. Open their profile.
2. Tap Notify me.
3. We tell you when they come online.

Then you can call at once.

Your numbers stay private, every time

You can talk to the same host 50 times. Your phone number is still hidden. So is theirs. Every call goes through a platform number. See How does a call work?.

Please do not ask for the host’s number, WhatsApp or Instagram. Asking is not allowed, and it can end the call.

The rules are the same on the 50th call

A close bond does not change the rules.

• Be kind and respectful.
• No abuse, no gaali, no pressure.
• No sexual talk.
• No asking for money, and no selling anything.
• No planning to meet.

Hosts may also decline any call. A host who says no on one day is not saying no to you for ever. Try again later, or choose another host.

If a host asks you for money outside the platform, report it at report form. Hosts who do this are removed.

Check the price each time

Each host sets their own rate. Check the price on the profile before you call. You need at least 2 minutes of balance. See How much does a call cost?.
