How do I get paid as a host?

Your money is simple to follow. You earn after each call, and you can send it to your own UPI ID.

How you earn

After each completed call, your earnings for that call are credited to your account. You can see each call and its amount in your wallet history.

How to withdraw

1. Sign in to your dashboard.
2. Open your earnings.
3. Choose to withdraw.
4. Enter a UPI ID in your own name.

The UPI ID must be yours. We do not send money to other people’s UPI IDs. This keeps your money safe.

Never take money outside the platform

Some callers may say, “I will pay you directly, give me your UPI ID.” Do not do this.

Taking money outside the platform is not allowed. If you do, you can be removed from the platform. You also lose all protection. That means we cannot help you if something goes wrong, because the call was not through us.

Also do not:

• Ask callers for money or gifts.
• Share your UPI ID, phone number, WhatsApp or Instagram with a caller.
• Sell anything to a caller, such as products, tips, loans or remedies.

If a caller asks you to move to WhatsApp or to take money directly, say no. You can press # to end the call, block the caller and report it.

Stay safe with your money

• We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, password or bank details. Not on a call, WhatsApp or email.
• If someone says they are from us and asks for these, it is a scam. Do not share. Report it.

If an earning looks wrong, write to support (@) hellofraands.com. Please include the call ID, the date and the time. Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, Aadhaar number or card details.
