Preview status

These are proposed terms for the planned Hello Fraands calling service. The current website is a preview; a profile or button does not establish that calling, payments, or safety controls are available. Final operator details and reviewed terms must be published before paid use.

Operator and eligibility

Proposed operator: {{COMPANY_NAME}}, CIN {{CIN}}, at {{REG_ADDRESS}}. Contact: {{CONTACT_EMAIL}}. These details remain placeholders.

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older in India using their own verified phone number. Hosts require identity verification. The planned women-only lane requires verified eligibility for both host and caller, including women and trans women; its hosts are not listed in the general lane. Keep OTPs private and use accurate account information.

Conversation and call acceptance

The proposed purchase is time talking with a host at the rate shown before the call. This is not a dating, professional advice, therapy, or emergency service. Hosts must not present a conversation as medical, legal, or financial advice.

The planned flow checks eligibility, host availability, blocks, account restrictions, and at least two minutes of wallet balance at the host's rate. The host receives a private caller introduction and may accept or decline before the caller is dialled. A decline, timeout, or failed connection is not billable.

Billing, recording, and conduct

Launch billing is planned per started minute after both parties connect. Read the wallet terms and refund policy. Every connected call is intended to be recorded with spoken notices to both participants and reviewed after the call; later live moderation is not a current guarantee. See recording and consent.

Follow the community guidelines: no sexual or abusive talk, solicitation of contact details, or selling. Planned host controls include ending the call with * and ending, blocking, and raising a strike record with #.

Restrictions and review

The design distinguishes pending reports from confirmed strikes. Three confirmed strikes lead to a ban; AI does not ban on its own. Blocks by three distinct hosts trigger a freeze pending review, and two #-ended calls within 24 hours trigger a 24-hour suspension. A mention of self-harm is routed for welfare review, never a strike by itself.

A block or moderation cut still bills connected time under the started-minute rule and does not itself forfeit the remaining wallet. Proposed forfeiture on a confirmed ban requires final legal review and a grievance process before launch. You may request review of an incorrect restriction through the planned grievance process.

Limits and final terms

No particular conversation outcome, uninterrupted connection, or prevention of every harmful interaction is promised. Final terms must identify the operator, effective date, applicable legal requirements, complaint routes, and account-closure arrangements. Nothing on this preview is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
