Complaint process under preparation

This website is a preview. A published page or report form is not confirmation that a complaint has been submitted or received. A working grievance contact, responsible officer, and applicable response deadlines must be confirmed before launch.

Officer details to be completed

Name: {{GRIEVANCE_OFFICER_NAME}}
Email: {{GRIEVANCE_EMAIL}}
Postal address: {{REG_ADDRESS}}

These are placeholders, not a functioning inbox or verified postal contact.

What a complaint should include

Include your registered contact details, the relevant profile, call ID or payment reference, date and time, the issue, and the outcome you are asking for. Do not send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, Aadhaar numbers, or KYC document images. The report page explains planned call-safety reporting.

Planned review

Complaints may concern conduct, a block or strike, a suspension or ban, charges, recordings, or deletion. The planned process checks the relevant call, billing, and moderation records and communicates the outcome. Pending reports and AI flags are not the same as confirmed strikes; AI does not impose a ban on its own. Self-harm mentions are for welfare follow-up, not a strike.

The final complaint route must publish its acknowledgement, resolution, and escalation timelines under applicable law. This preview does not imply that a staffed grievance service is operating.

Escalation and urgent help

The final process must explain how to request a second review using a complaint reference and how to use any applicable external complaint route. This preview does not limit legal remedies. For immediate danger, use the emergency support page; platform reports are not an emergency response service.
