Read in 2 minUpdated 8 Oct 2026For everyone

You can delete your Hello Fraands account if you want to leave. Please do one important thing first: take out your money.

Step 1: Withdraw your wallet balance

Unused wallet balance is always yours. Before you delete, send it to your own UPI ID.

  1. Sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Open your wallet and withdraw your balance.
  3. Use a UPI ID in your own name.

Doing this first keeps your money safe. Read withdraw your balance for the full steps.

If you are a host, withdraw your earnings too. See getting paid.

Step 2: Follow the delete steps

Go to the data deletion page. It has the steps to ask for your account to be deleted. Follow them one by one.

You can sign in with a one-time code (OTP). There is no password to remember.

What we keep

We never recorded your calls. No call audio and no transcripts exist, so there is nothing to delete there.

We keep only simple call details:

  • Who called whom (as account IDs)
  • The time and the duration
  • The price
  • Whether a person or a safety action ended the call

We keep these for billing and for checking complaints. They have no audio and no words from your talk.

We never sell personal data. To know more, read our privacy page.

Good to know

  • Your legal name, Aadhaar details and phone number were never shown on your profile or shared with other people.
  • A banned account cannot re-register with the same phone number.
  • If you only want a break, you do not have to delete. You can just stop calling, or go offline if you are a host.
